Terms of Service

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service is for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not provide any “cash out”, withdrawal, or prize-of-value mechanics.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 20 years old in New Zealand (NZ casino minimum age) and not a minor.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.

3) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breach, fraud, or security risk.

4) Virtual coins, credits, and items

• Virtual coins/items have no cash value.
• They are not redeemable, withdrawable, or exchangeable for real money, real-world value, or prizes.
• They may not be transferred, sold, or traded (including outside the Service).
• We may modify, reset, or remove virtual items to operate the Service, address errors, or enforce these Terms.

5) Optional purchases (if offered)

• Some features may offer in-app or online purchases. Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and billing terms will be shown at checkout.
• Purchases provide access to virtual content only and do not create any ownership right.
• Cancellations/refunds: all sales are final except where required by New Zealand law or the applicable app store/payment provider terms. If you believe a charge is in error, contact the provider first and also email us.
• Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in suspension or termination.

6) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt to access non-public areas or systems.
• Do not use the Service to promote or facilitate real-money gambling, cash-out schemes, or prize-of-value offers.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, graphics, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Xandoronz Limited and is protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that virtual items will be available at all times.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xandoronz Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under New Zealand consumer laws (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986) where they apply.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for security/operational reasons. On termination, access to virtual items may be lost and will not be compensated unless required by law.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the effective date shown. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
